Daniel is the Lead Pastor at Redemption. In 2022 while on staff at Northside Community Church in Knightdale, he felt the Lord calling him to church planting. Northside affirmed and equipped that calling, which led to planting Redemption Community Church.
Daniel grew up in Massachusetts and attended Lancaster Bible College in Pennsylvania (BA, BS) and Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary (MATS). He moved to North Carolina in 2014 where he’s been serving in various ministry roles ever since. Daniel is also the full-time Manager of Annual Giving for the non-profit HelpMeSee.
Daniel and his wife Danielle have three children whom they homeschool. He’s a big fan of Boston sports and loves to play basketball in his spare time.
Michille is the Kid’s Ministry Director at Redemption. Michille moved to North Carolina in 2012. She has an Associates of Business Administration Degree from Lakeland Community College (Ohio). She has worked as a marketing director, preschool teacher in Taiwan, a paralegal, and a homeschool teacher. Currently, she works part time at the Wendell Chamber of Commerce as a Marketing Coordinator.
Michille married her husband Jason in 1997 and together they have two daughters Miramelle (18) and Arrowyn (14). In her spare time Michille loves to exercise and spend time with her family.
Greg is the Worship Pastor at Redemption. Greg is a native of North Carolina, born and raised in the town of Bethel, NC.
Greg has been involved in worship ministry since 2006 in various roles including guitarist, vocals, and worship leader. He moved to the Clayton area in 2007 to help plant Revolution Church, a church that ministered in Downtown Raleigh and Clayton. Greg is passionate about the Word and simple worship that is Christ-centered and that engages the congregation. He enjoys spending time in worship with the team during rehearsals and with the Body during services.
Greg and Heather have been married since 2017. Together they have 5 children ranging in age from 37 to 22, 4 grandchildren and 1 on the way!
He works for Duke Energy full time as a transformer technician.
In his free time, Greg enjoys spending time with Heather and his family, being around any body of water, traveling and enjoying the beauty of our state.
Dawson is the pastoral intern and interim student pastor at Redemption. Hailing from Portland Oregon, he received a BS in Business Administration from the University of Oregon in 2022. In 2023 he moved to Raleigh to attend NC State where he received his MA in business, leadership, and communications.
Heeding a call from the Lord to pursue church ministry, he is interning with Redemption for the year of 2025/2026. He leads youth group for middle school and high school students and currently attends Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary.
In his free time, he enjoys golfing, watching golf, and reading the puritans.
